The Mind Gymnasium: digital edition uses Adobe Acrobat format and is distributed on a CD. The CD autoruns on insertion in your computer and be viewable on any PC (Windows 98 2nd Edition or higher) a Mac version is also available. The Acrobat Reader display software runs from the CD and does not require installation on your computer.
Sound
Apple Quicktime, the Acrobat compatible sound module, is commonly installed on many PCs, If you don't already have it, playing the CD sounds will require that you install it from the CD, a simple and reliable procedure that will enhance your Mind Gymnasium experience.(To check, look for the Quicktime icon, Start>Settings>Control Panel)
